An incredibly stunning representation of neo-Gothic architecture, the Oxford University Museum of Natural History was established in 1860 and houses an internationally significant collection of specimens and archives.
Click Netherfield has worked with the OUMNH for quite some time, providing bespoke showcases throughout a multi-phase project to exhibit some of the world’s most impressive natural history artefacts.
Throughout our long-standing contract with the OUMNH, we worked to replace a number of older showcases, following their design which featured pitched roofs and corner beadings to provide brand new, upgraded versions.
Some highlights in the OUMNH’s remarkable collections include the first scientifically described dinosaur and the Oxford Dodo – the world’s only surviving soft tissue remains of this extinct bird.
